What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. You have a one-hour grace period.

Can I book more than one room?

Yes, you can book as many rooms as you need. Whether you prefer a private space or stay in our multi-bedroom suites, we have the perfect room for you and your companions.

Can I make special requests for my reservation?

Special requests typically involve bed type, location, room view, additional amenities (such as extra beds, cribs, etc.), early check-ins or late check-outs, and facilities for disabled guests. If you have a special request, you need to contact your travel agent at (1 833-531-3083) or our reservations department directly at 800 326 6600 to ensure that your requests have been noted in the reservation. Room assignment is subject to availability at arrival, and we cannot guarantee any special requests before arrival.

Is there a minimum age for guests?

No. At Marival Emotions, we welcome guests of all ages!

Can guests use the facilities of Marival Distinct Luxury Residences & World Spa?

Guests staying at Marival Emotions cannot use Marival Distinct´s facilities. However, they can dine at the restaurants of this sister property for an additional service charge.

Can pets enter the resort?

For hygiene and safety reasons, except for guide dogs, pets are not allowed to enter the resort. You must present documentation for guide dogs at reception upon arrival.

What types of payment do you accept?

Credit card when booking through our website; debit card and deposits when booking by phone. Through some OTAs, we accept payment upon arrival.

Are tips included?

Tips are not included. Feel free to reward your favorite staff members for their service!

Do you have rooms equipped for people with disabilities?

Yes, we have rooms equipped for various needs. However, to be accommodated in one of these rooms, you must specify it when booking. These rooms are subject to availability upon arrival.

Do you offer day passes?

Yes, we offer all-inclusive day passes for an additional cost.

Is it true that Marival Emotions will become a Mercure Resort?  

Yes. The alliance between Marival Group and Accor was announced in 2024. The resort's transformation to match the Mercure brand is set to be completed by the first quarter of 2025.   

How should I book if I am an All member? 

If you are part of the All program, reservations must be made through the all.com website to get your points and exclusive rewards. 

How do I cancel my reservation?

You can contact us at 800 326 6600 from Mexico and 1 877 222 0302 from the USA and Canada to inform us of any changes or cancellations to your reservation. Please note that these may incur additional charges.

Can I change my reservation?

Any changes are subject to room and service availability. Additional charges may apply.

What does the all-inclusive plan include?

Our all-inclusive plan includes high-quality food and beverages at restaurants and bars, a welcome basket in your room with wine and snacks, Nespresso capsules, luxury bath amenities, a beach bag to use during your stay, a 15-minute teaser session at Mélange World Spa, entertainment, and activities, among many other things.

Does the reservation include activities?

Yes! Our animation team is ready to make your stay one to remember. We have a wide variety of water and land activities for all tastes.

Does the reservation include tours?

No, all tours must be booked separately. However, we have an agency on the ground floor of the club tower.

How do I make reservations for tours?

Contact or visit our travel agency to make tour reservations.

Will there be activities and events by the entertainment team during my stay?

Yes! We have a comprehensive program of activities with daily entertainment for guests of all ages.

Can I use the facilities of Marival Distinct Luxury Residences & World Spa?

Your stay at Marival Emotions does not include access to its sister property Marival Distinct. However, you can dine at the latter´s restaurants with an additional service charge.

Do you offer room service?

Yes! We offer room service with a 10% service charge.

Do you provide internet service?

We offer complimentary basic internet service. Premium internet service is available in rooms and other areas for an additional cost.

Do you offer day passes?

Yes! We offer all-inclusive day passes for an additional fee.

Is there a laundry and dry-cleaning service?

Yes. We offer laundry and dry-cleaning services for an additional fee.

Is there an ATM within the resort?

There is an ATM located within Marival Emotions Resort & Suites.

Is airport shuttle service included?

For your convenience, we offer a shuttle service for an additional fee. This service can be reserved before your arrival. For more information, click here.

Is currency exchange available?

Yes. Please check with the hotel reception for exchange hours.

What is the dress code for specialty restaurants?

Formal casual attire is required for our specialty restaurants (no beachwear, plastic sandals, or caps). The dress code does not apply to children.

Do you offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan menus?

In all our restaurants, we have vegetarian and gluten-free options. In case a vegan dish is required, our chef can support you in any of the restaurants.

Is room service available?

Our all-inclusive rate includes all meals and snacks plus beverages served in our restaurants and bars. Room service is also available with surcharge.

Can I make dinner reservations at the specialty restaurants before I arrive?

Reservations are required at our a la carte specialty restaurants. Restrictions apply. For further information or to make your reservations.

Do you provide babysitting services?

Babysitting services are available with surcharge. For current rate information or to schedule services, please contact the concierge desk a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Is there an additional cost for cribs?

Cribs are provided at no additional cost but are subject to availability.

Do you have rooms equipped for people with disabilities?

Yes, we have rooms equipped for people with disabilities. When making your reservation, please specify that you require this type of room. These rooms are subject to availability upon arrival.

This is my first trip to Mexico. Is it safe to drink tap water?

Tap water is perfectly safe for bathing and brushing your teeth. However, we recommend drinking bottled water or using the dispensers in the resort hallways.
