Throughout the month of September: Chiles en Nogada Festival at Las Palomas restaurant

Indulge in a culinary tradition that dates back centuries with our Chiles en Nogada Festival at Las Palomas. This iconic dish, featuring poblano peppers stuffed with a savory meat filling, topped with walnut sauce and pomegranate seeds, proudly displays the green, white, and red of the Mexican flag. Every evening from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, savor this exquisite dish at no extra cost for all-inclusive guests.

Immerse yourself in a treatment inspired by the properties of the traditional Temazcal steam bath created by the ancient Mayans. Rejuvenate your body and soul as you participate in this ancient ritual designed to cleanse and refresh, located at nearby Mélange World Spa.

September 15: Mexican Independence Day

• 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm: Mexican Fiesta at the Marival Emotions Convention Center 

Kick off the evening with an incredible buffet spread prepared by our talented chefs. Sample a wide array of Mexican delicacies, from tantalizing tacos and tamales to classic street foods, all while enjoying live marimba music that sets the perfect festive tone. 

 

• 7:00 pm - 8:45 pm: Mexican Fair at the Grand Lobby 

Experience the magic of a traditional Feria Mexicana with games and activities that the whole family will love. Try your hand at lotería (Mexican bingo), marbles, and other memorable games for all ages. Plus, there are fun prizes to be won! 

 

• 8:30 pm - 9:45 pm: Piñata Time at the Theater 

The kids are in for a treat! Head to the Theater for piñata time, where they'll have a blast breaking open the piñata and collecting bags of candy. 

 

 

• 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm: Live Mariachi Band and Grito Mexicano at the Grand Lobby 

No Mexican Independence Day celebration is complete without mariachi music. Enjoy the vibrant tunes of a live mariachi band and join us for the iconic Grito Mexicano, where we shout in unison “¡Viva México!” to honor this historic day.

 

 

• 9:45 pm - 10:45 pm: Mexican Show at the Theater 

Be captivated by the beauty of Mexican culture with our spectacular Mexican Show. Featuring traditional dances and stunning costumes, this performance is must-see. The evening culminates with the famous Grito, celebrated nationwide. 

 

• 11:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Independence Party at Cesar Nightclub 

For our adult guests, the party continues at Cesar Nightclub. Dance the night away with great music, refreshing drinks, and an electric atmosphere that promises to keep the celebrations going strong.
