First Vacation at MARIVAL Emotions

It was our first time visiting Nuevo Vallarta, and my husband and I were very happy that we had decided to stay at MARIVAL. Customer service is amazing! When we got to the hotel, Karina Galaviz (concierge) was waiting for us. She welcomed us to the hotel with a big smile. She made a difference in our stay at MARIVAL. Karina checked on us every day to make sure that everything was okay or if we needed anything. She helped us book reservations for the restaurant, gave us information about everything happening at the hotel, and made some recommendations about the tours.

Best Resort EVER

This resort is fantastic, and the staff are some of the friendliest I´ve ever met while traveling. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was close to the pool and ocean for lots of swimming and relaxation. Every staff member here was extremely hardworking and tried to build a personal connection with my family. People like Perla, the kind woman at the reservation desk, and Alejandra, the hardworking bartender/drink carrier by the pool, helped my family feel at home by making things convenient and having great attitudes whenever we crossed paths.

Wonderful experience from start to finish!

The stay was fantastic, and the service was incredible! Jose at the Italian restaurant is absolutely amazing—a wonderful waiter! And Martin was also absolutely incredible. Both went above and beyond for my family! Pedro, the bellboy, was incredible at his job! He always went above and beyond for me and my family. Every time we saw any of them, they were super welcoming and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. 10/10 for sure!

Black Friday 2024 begins on November 29 and ends on December 1. However, if you’re registered with Marival Access, you can already access these prices and benefits!

It’s not required, but registered members already have access to these rates and the chance to book the best rooms.

Offers include special discounts, resort credit, all-inclusive packages, and free stays for kids.

Terms and conditions

  1. Promotion valid for reservations made between November 11 and 28, 2024, with travel dates between today and January 1, 2026, at Marival Emotions Resort & Suites.
  2. Up to 3 kids from 0 to 12 years old stay free in Emotions Select Two-Bedroom Suite and Emotions Select Two and Three-Bedroom Suite Ocean Front. A minimum of one adult is required as long as it complies with the maximum and minimum occupancy policies. For occupancy purposes, teens over 13 years old will be considered adults in terms of allowed occupancies. The fourth child pays a valid adult rate.
  3. Resort Credit of $200 USD, each distributed as follows: Couple’s massage at Intramare $50 USD (prior reservation required), access to Capriccio Beach Club $35 USD (minimum purchase of two persons required), lobster $15 USD (requires a minimum purchase of two lobsters), a bottle of wine in restaurants $15 USD (requires a minimum $35 USD purchase), special couple’s dinner at the beach $35 USD (with premium champagne bottle), tour $25 USD (minimum purchase of 2 tours), and champagne bottles $25 USD (minimum 2 bottles). Valid for minimum stays of 3 nights. Not combinable with other promotions. Only one coupon per room/suite is valid per stay and is non-transferable. Not redeemable for cash. If the total purchase is less than the value of the Resort Credit coupons, the balance cannot be credited for further purchases nor returned in cash. Cannot be used for any other service not specified on the Resort Credit coupon. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
